Tuesdays: Athletic Yoga - all levels welcome but expect a serious workout! We will get you sweating and expect a short and deep stretch at the end of class. This power class will include yoga inspired core moves, explosive moves to elevate the heart rate, and learning.

Thursdays: Hatha Yoga - an Alignment focused class with strength, stability and balance work. Slow flow with expert guidance to build strength holding poses longer while increasing flexibility at the same time.

This class is great after a long week of workouts. It will be designed as an active rest day with deep stretching, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing stretches. We start and end with a variety of breathwork exercises. 

This class will be inspired by vinyasa with the strength dialed up. Challenge your whole body with a sequence of postures designed to build power and demolish limitation. A familiarity with vinyasa is recommended. 

A classic take on a physical yoga practice-without vinyasa. Move, Challenge, and restore your body through an ancient system of poses, taught with a modern understanding. All Levels Welcome. 

A balanced class for the body and mind. This open class focuses on realsing tension and body awareness through slow-paced, well supported and relaxing stretches. Feel centered with a meditation practice at the end of class.
